1. Cancellation by You
If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Refund eligibility depends on the timing and nature of the booking:

• More than 2 days before departure: Full refund minus any non-refundable fees.

• Between 48 hours and 12 hours : Partial refund as specified at booking.

• Less than 12 hours : No refund.

2. Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to cancel trips due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, a full refund will be provided or an alternative travel arrangement offered.

3. Changes to Bookings
Requests to change travel dates or details may be subject to fees and availability.

4. Non-Refundable Items
Some items like airline tickets, visa fees, or special event tickets may be non-refundable.

5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your booking details.

6. Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval.
